serious weight loss tips-what works?

I should preface this with I have pcos and pre-diabetes. I needed to lose 30 lbs when I got pregnant and it didn't happen. Then, I gained 20. Now, I need to lose a least 50 lbs. I tried weight watchers, have cut gluten (that ALWAYS used to work), I exercise to the best that I can...my husband doesn't help with baby, I'm up for work at 4:30am and baby girl isn't much of a sleeper. Why has really WORKED for you? Oh, and no caffeine/fat burners as my BP is ALWAYS in hypertensive crisis. This pic pretty accurately shows my chubbo self lol. Wow...I didn't realize how many health problems I had until writing this 😂
