Had a stomach ache all morning, and then sharp pains in my right side. Right around my hip bone to belly button area. I was curled up in a ball and completely nauseous. I took ibuprofen, and now it only hurts when I move around. I don't have a fever, I'm not vomiting, I'm having trouble peeing, diarrhea, and seriously bloated. I was supposed to start my period yesterday,  but the cramping doesn't feel like period cramps! Any advice?
