Diva Cup leaking??

Question

So I'm trying out the Diva Cups for the first time, and it's leaking.  What am I doing wrong? I thought I followed to instructions perfectly: fold, insert, twist 360 degrees.  
Any tips??

It used to get stuck to my cervix and hurt severely so I just stopped using it. Plus I couldn't control the leaks so I just wore Thinx underwear with it

After twisting you want to make sure it fully opened by running a finger along the outside of it and making sure theres no dents

Twisting didn't work for me either. You kinda have to try different ways until one works. When I'm not 100%confident that it's sealed in there, I wear a liner as a back up. Practice putting it in when you're not on your period until you get used to it.

I have to run my finger along the outside of the cup after I put it in to get it to seal properly. Twisting it like their instructions described has never worked for me.
