anyone else get these little red dots?

So I've noticed lately that my belly is getting these little red dots. Has anyone else got them? If so what are they?

I have a ton. I started getting them with my first pregnancy and they stopped when I had her. 31 weeks now with #2 and I'm covered.

Idk what they are actually called but I recall my grandmother calling them liver spots 😂 everyone on my paternal side is very fair so it runs on my family my great aunt that passed when she was 96 had them all over her body and by that age they expanded significantly...or it could just be skin pigmentation I'm not sure just thought I'd share that

I have a few and as I get older I keep getting more. They run in my family and my doctor said they are nothing to worry about. I can't remember what they are called though..
