I'm scared it hurts so bad...

It started as just a crampy feeling like before you start your period. Then I woke up at 12 am with such intense pains like they feel like contractions. Like I'm in labor all over again. It hurts so bad and I feel kind of nauseous. Wtf is going on? I had my first period 6 weeks pp and I'm now 9 weeks pp. I'm scared. I feel like this isn't normal. Maybe I'm just really constipated?? But I went to the bathroom yesterday so idk. What could be going on? It feels like I'm gonna give birth again :( My only thought was maybe I got pregnant and am having a miscarriage but I feel like 3 weeks isn't long enough for that to happen
