6 weeks old and constipated 😥

My poor baby is 6weeks and 4 days old, and hasn't pooped in 3 days now! And I can't get in touch with his pediatrition until monday. He is exclusively breastfed, and just now has seemed un comfortable, I've tried everything! Putting his knees to belly, tummy massage with coconut oil, warm bath, even a rectal thermometer with Vaseline! Any suggestions???
