Brownish yellowish discharge. Got this 4 days after a TG ultrasound. Heard healthy heartbeat 180bpm and saw my little one. They also told me I have a cyst on my left ovary

This is totally normal! After a transvaginal ultrasound my dr told me expect discharge and could be brown/yellow in color our baby is high so he said doing the transvaginal us and him having to go further in to see baby can irritate the cervix and cause minor bleeding . Long as it's not bright red it's fine. How ever if there's a smell to it or itching/burning down there could be a UTI (uranary track infection) if this is the case just call the Dr office and they will have you come in pee in a cup and give you meds.

Beyond the more yellow color I don't see anything too alarming. At least when it comes to MC. It may be something else unrelated to the baby.

Update: I've started wiping my normal white yellow discharge just now. That I have been wiping my whole pregnancy. No more brown as of now. Hoping that's a good sign ❤
