Normal side effect from the pill or miscarriage? (picture in comments)

About two weeks ago I took a "My Way" emergency contraceptive pill. Tonight while at work I had this terrible excruciating pain shoot through my lower abdomen. I quickly ran to the bathroom. I had previously been on what I'm guessing was my period but I checked my pad and it was like I had passed this huge clot or something? I took a picture of it and sent it to my close friends and relatives and asked them if it was normal. (Even before I took the pill my sister had been telling me that she thought I was pregnant.) Anyways, majority of everyone that saw the picture thought it looked like I had a miscarriage. I don't understand any of this.. I know the pill has certain side effects but is this normal or does it look like I had a miscarriage? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
