My lady parts hurt 😩

So my boyfriend and I had a WONDERFUL few days in New Orleans last week. Maybe tmi, but we had sex every. single. day. last week. Multiple times a day.

But yesterday it started hurting, and I noticed SHE is red, SWOLLEN, and itchy 😩 I know it's from too much sex but what do I do to help?!?
