I need some advice!!!!!

So my husband and I are currently living with my father in law and mother in law. (They are actually divorced but he lets her stay there out of the kindness of his heart.) Since living there I've noticed that both my husband and father in law baby her to no end so now she expects them to do everything for her. Including her homework! She goes up to my husband and says "give me the baby so you can type out my report" or "why haven't you paid my bill yet, it's gonna be late?!?!" These are just a few examples. She always finds some way to talk herself out of paying rent or doing much around the house. I told my husband what I have noticed and he says it's no big deal. Well it is to me. Lol. Anyways, we are currently in the process of looking for a new home for just us since my father in law plans to move out soon. My mother in law freaked out cuz she has "nowhere to go." Only thing is that she DOES have multiple places to go but she chooses to stay where she is babied. I told my husband how I felt and he said he understands. I was relieved that he did until I seen texts between the two of them about it. She says she has nowhere to go and she'd be living on the streets if we left her. Of course my husband starts babying her and says he would never do that to her. Like wth?! I thought we agreed this would be our home. What should I do? How should I approach her?
