How often do you remove your wedding ring?

I take them off when I am handling raw meat... I don't know how to say that without it sounding sexual lol. I also take them off when we go to the gym, but then I use my Qalo ring instead.

It's actually a very good idea not to wear it 24/7 as the oils your body produces actually eats at the gold in the long run. That is why people have to get more gold saudered on the bottom of their ring. I worked in a jewelry store for 3 years and had ladies coming in constantly because their rings finally wore out. It won't happen in a short amount of time though, it tales a long time for that to even happen. The lotions or soap you put on your hands will wear the gold down as well.

With that being said, I wear my ring only when I am leaving the house. I have a $5000+ princess cut sitting in the center that I don't want to loose. I don't even wear my wedding band unless I leave the house. I have had my ring since 2008 and the only problems I have had with it was the prongs on the head not being strong enough and almost lost it; since I don't wear it constantly it is in near perfect condition.

I do not wear it to work, and I don't wear it at home.

I haven't worn one in months because it was too small (long story). He's buying me a new one as a Valentine's Day gift though 😍 when I do have a ring I never take it off for fear of losing it 😂

I'm a massage therapist so while working in can't wear it. If I don't have a client I'll usually put it back on. I also take it off while cleaning, doing dishes, taking out the trash and for some of my workouts so it doesn't fall off, messed up or caught to where I'll injure myself. My husband never wears his unless we are going somewhere

When I'm deep cleaning, cooking something messy, or if my fingers feel swollen at night since I'm pregnant.

I take it off to clean it, but it goes right back on. I also take it off if I'm cooking certain things that requires my hands to get super dirty (like sausage balls). I have taken it off when my fingers swell really badly. It sounds like a lot, but it's not often.
