Does bad heartburn in your second trimester mean your baby will be born with a lot of hair?

Please comment! I've heard it does and my heartburn has been terrible for the last two weeks. I'm 26 weeks today!

My sister had such bad heart burn she could barely eat and lived on tums and that child came out bald as it gets.

Eh it's just a wives tale. My daughter was born with a thick full set of hair. I had zero heartburn

Definitely a myth! I had seriously bad heartburn to the point where I could barely sleep, and my little boy was only born with a few little hairs on his head, 4 months later and nothings changed lol

That's what old ladies used to tell my mum all the time since she had bad burns. Guess what, I was almost bald when I was born 😂

I had so much heart burn with my 2nd and 3rd babies and both were born with a ton of hair! No heartburn with my first and he was completely bald... so I believe it!

I had horrible horrible heartburn with all three of my boys, especially bad with my last. All three had a good amount of hair when they were born, but my last had this. I had to sleep sitting up on the couch. Anytime I reclined myself a little it was bad bad bad.

I've never had a bald baby, so I don't know how my body would react.

It's not true I just knew my daughter was gonna be bald but she wasnt, but most Dr can should you on ultrasound if they have hair at the end it it's just fuzzy around their head

I can't say for sure that there is no truth to this. I can only comment on what I experienced and I had severe heartburn from my 1st trimester till shortly after the birth of my daughter. My heartburn was so bad I was on prescription meds. My daughter was born with a full head of hair.
