I'm 23 weeks pregnant. It's 2:30am and I was woken by really bad cramps. I freaked out and ran to the bathroom.? It lasted about 2-3 min and went away, it's been 10 min and I'm just cramping lightly. Scared it's going to come back. On a scale of 1/10 it was about a 7. Is that Braxton hicks ? Could they get that painful? I'm freaking out about preterm labor. This is my second pregnancy and I have no cramping with my first.
