Pregnancy symptoms

So this pregnancy seems totally different from my son's. I threw up all day everyday for 38 weeks with my son. I had crazy mucus build up, nausea, heart burn, barely ate, beyond tired would fall asleep and have absolutely no clue I did constantly, dizzy and had crazy headaches. I also had crazy amount of sinus infections, upper respiratory tract infections. I got sick constantly whether it was bronchitis or even pneumonia. So far this pregnancy as been relatively smooth. I do have nausea and it can get intense but that's it. I can actually eat this time around, I haven't gotten sick, I've only thrown up twice and honestly other than the mucus build up (wish that didn't come back) nothing else is similar. I'm hoping that means I have a little girl coming. Would be nice to stop after this pregnancy or at least take a nice long break. Im grateful for a smoother pregnancy this time around my son's really took a toll on me mentally, physically and emotionally. Throwing up every single time you eat takes its toll on you. So what were some of your symptoms for moms with little girls? I know that symptoms don't determine sex but it'll be nice to know your experiences with being pregnant with little girls. 😁
