beginner that has no idea what to do
Can anyone please give some advice on how to make my eyes actually look okay??
I'm just starting to mess around with eyeliners and things, I've never used liquid eyeliner before so I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips on how not to look like a panda??
I'd post pics of today's attempts but oh boy, that's something I'll never live down
