birth controls that DONT make you loose weight?

I want to be on birth control but I have a severe fear of gaining weight. Has anyone been on BC that doesn't make you gain? Please help 🙏🏻

My doctor told me the mini pill was more likely you cause weight gain than the standard.  What about tricyclen-lo? It has lower hormone levels, may have less of a weight gain side effect

Go nonhormonal...no hormones not weight gain! I have the copper IUD and it's awesome!💕

It depends on the person really.. ive never gained weight on the pill but the pill really causes weight gain because it can increase your appetite causing you to eat more then casuing you to gain weight I personally dont find myself to be any more hungry then i was before tho lol it just dependa on you i have heard many people saying they gained 50 or so lbs on the depo shot though -ive never tried that

It really depends on your body, all BC for me seems to make me lose weight not gain it but I've always had trouble keeping a healthy weight

All medications otc or script have side effects it just depends on how your body reacts to know if youll get them or not its a trial and error that you and your dr are going to have to work through to see what works best for you
