Depends on your cycle. It's not "common" bit it could happen.

I wouldn't say so normal but it is possible. It takes 6-12 dpo to implant then 2-3 days to build up hcg

I got mine at 8dpo but I have a short cycle. So it's possible but I wouldn't count on it if your cycle is on the longer side.
