Today at the health center

I'm so confused. I took 2 home tests and both were positive. Today I went to the health resource center and they said my test was negative. I was so discouraged. But the nurse said their tests sometimes show negative early on. So I bought another home test which showed positive again. Just looking for some advice or encouragement as I don't know what to think right now.
