okay health nuts......help
okay, so. here's the thing. i'm a small person and everyone always tell me how skinny I am but I want abs and to love my body. i have weight training 5 days a week at school for 50 minutes and we always do a squat day, bench day, and power clean day. on the other days we will have active rest or a free lift where you can do whatever you want. so I have started to work harder in weight training and not skip reps or cut the workout short and I have also started to run at least a mile on the weekdays. do y'all think that is enough to achieve my goals?
next thing: I have an issue with food. I'm super picky and I don't really eat a lot and when I do it's not super healthy food. I have a super big fear of throwing up at school so I don't really eat much of a huge lunch or breakfast. how can I get the protein I need to grow without eating a lot? and what are key foods for abs? any tips will help me. thank you in advance!!! oh & also, here is what my stomach looks like.
