Baby Rash
Okay so lately after his bath, he gets this red rash on his head. I was using Johnson and Johnson product but now I switched to Aveeno unscented product but it came worse than ever tonight. I at first thought it was due to the soap now I don't know. Any recommendations? Advise? Should I just avoid washing his head with any soap? Or switch to another soap? It only happens when he gets out of the bath.
