belly band?

I have seen belly bands that are supposed to help with back pain and was wondering was it really worth the money? I have been having horrible back pains and wondering if they actually gave some support...

I actually didn't want one but my husband bought it anyway. OMG, it has been my fav thing for pregnancy - I use it everyday (almost 35 weeks). It's allowed me to continue with my daily walks (5-8km/day) as without it, my lower back starts hurting and I get that horrible skin-pulling sensation along my tummy within 30min of walking. Best investment ever.

I use K-Tape instead. Cheaper and to me it seems to work better

I had one and it really helped. My husband screwed up his back and work and actually we took the belly part off and he wore the back supporting part for a week. Helped him a lot
