Still no af..

So here i am on cd 46 and no af in sight ive been crampy but no flow im not pregnant (doctor's appointment confirmed it) im still bding and im wondering even tho af is not here can I still possibly end up pregnant? doctor did mention i could be having an anovulatory cycle im just really confused looking for some answers or if anyone has had this happen before
