LO hardly using her hands, is it normal?

My LO is 12 week old, she grasps and holds our fingers, my top when. Ready seeing, holds for a few seconds a toy, but doesn't reach for toys above her, is this ok? I spend so much time with her, singing, reading, playing with her, open her hand to feel different t crudest fir example. Keep reading about baby's rolling over and playing with their feet and she is far from that, please advise
