milk supply question???

My son is 8 months old and is ebf I feel like my supply has dropped, I used to wake up and pump 4-5 oz from my right side and lately have only been getting 2-3 oz I'm stressing out because he doesn't take a bottle so I'm his sole source for food. He prefers my left side so I always pump once a day mornings on my right side. Just wondering what could be going on???

Do you wait for your second drop? After about 8-10 minutes of pumping push the drop button again until your second drop comes down. I heard if you don't do a second drop consistently when you pump then your supply could go down - I only pump and I wait for my second drop every time
