What's better Depo shot or Nexplanon ? 
Have an appointment tomorrow and those are the two I can't decide on what's better ?! This will be my first time on any type of birth control.

I regret the depo shot... There's so much about it that's not told.. Definitely do your own research.

Everyone is different the depo shot i  liked alot i have irregular periods and regulated mine. I have the implant that made me bleed everyday for like 8 months straight. It affects everyone differently some people dont have a period some ppl do .. you choose whats best for u :)

I had Nexplanon for only 2 months. It was awful!! Worst thing ever! Everyone is different though. Talk with your health care provider about the pros and cons

Do lots of research. There can be negative side effects from any type of birth control. For me, I took the pill for 2 years. It added to my weight gaining, which has added to my irregularity since being off the pill for over 3 years now. I've heard a lot of bad reviews on both the shot and implant. Good luck!

I got nexplanon after my son was born and loved it but I know some people haven't as well. Definitely research to decide what's best for you.

I absolutely hated the depo shot. It caused me to gain weight and get acne. And I only took one shot.

I would stay far away from that if you want kids one day.. I've read so many stories on Glow about ladies that can't get pregnant after being on the shot. You should see if you can go on the pill, it's less stressful and if a certain type doesn't agree with you, then you can try another type of birth control pill. Please do your research before going on the shot.

I had the nexplanon implant, it wasn't bad but I bled with any major physical activity (sex, working out, etc.) I swapped it out for the Skyla IUD that can be used for women who haven't had children. So much better! No side effects for me! Definitely talk to your dr though.
