sad...induction date not for sure..?

So I was due on the 16th, which means I'm 40+2 and at my doctor's appointment today, we scheduled my induction for next Monday, the 23rd. That was difficult enough for me because I'm so uncomfortable and in so much pain that I feel like I can't wait that long, but my doctor won't be here for the next few days and that's the date he mentioned. He had previously mentioned also that if I went over my due date, he would let me go to 41 weeks at the max. I'm just worried because when I mentioned the name of the hospital, he said that they were kind of difficult to work with and it's happened to him in the past that they have scheduled a patient to be induced and sometime before the date or the day of, they'll say they don't have room or wtv. I don't even feel like it's for sure, but I would lose it if I got there on Monday only to be told that it's not gonna happen. I seriously just wanna cry😢😭😩😫☹️
