extreme lower back pain
My lower back pain started last Saturday, and has only been getting worse. It comes in severe waves, and I haven't been able to find anything that gives me relief! I've tried bengay, I've gotten multiple back rubs, heating pad, icy hot, Tylenol, and hot baths. NOTHING IS WORKING! When the waves come it seriously brings me to tears it's so painful. Does anyone have any other ideas that I can try!? (Currently 32 weeks)
