painful ultrasound

I had my anatomy scan with my MFM today and the ultrasound tech was pushing so hard the whole time that now my whole stomach feels bruised. Has this happened to anyone else? I've had a bunch of ultrasounds with both my kids but I have never had any tech push that hard and never had my stomach feel bruised afterwards. I'm 18 weeks, should I call my OB tomorrow or do you think it's fine?
