Any other moms experience heart palpitations during their pregnancy?

This is my 3rd pregnancy & I don't recall having any in my previous two, or this much.  I spoke with my Dr & she said not to really worry too much unless they happend so many times within so many minutes but its still extremely nerve racking because its not normal to me. Was just wondering if any other moms have had heart palpitations during their pregnancies.

I'm 35+4 with my third and same! Weird. Don't remember it with my other 2 either.

It is because of the extra blood volume your heart has to pump. It is pretty normal. If it happens often, or the arrhythmia is strong and really fast, you can be referred to a cardiologist. I have a pregnancy-induced Super Ventricular Tachycardia. I have a severe arrhythmia that is only present during pregnancy. It is maintained with medication that I can stop taking 5 days after birth.

I believe I have. Feels like fluttering. Never experienced it before. I couldn't tell if I was just imagining it or what. Usually happens when I'm lying down. I didn't mention it to my doc because I couldn't tell if it was real.

My heart rate gets very high even at rest.  I told my doc and she said it's normal. She said if it continued after baby was born then we'd look into it.

I have an appt tomorrow so I might bring up the palpitations.

This is my second one, and I get them randomly. I never got it in my first pregnancy.
