How to get rid of a uti, it's causing embarrassing accidents, going on holiday as well

I keep needing the toilet even if I've already been, and I've got stomach pain. I've had uti before and have had to take antibiotics. Is there any way of getting rid of it without antibiotics. I'm going on holiday on Saturday morning.
