Sudafed in Third Trimester

I have had a terrible cold for almost a week now and just can't seem to get over it. My doctor gave me a list of safe meds and Sudafed was on it. I saw something online that said it wasn't. I'm a little nervous as I am a FTM. Has anyone taken Sudafed while pregnant as well? Am I okay to?
