Birth control post pregnancy

I got in Paragaurd yesterday! It supposed to last up to 10 years and start working right away! Since my first baby was not expected (but certainly loved) I don't want another surprise til we are ready for more. For some reason I am still nervous to not use a condom (although it feels the best). Lol its conflicting when your in the moment.

Any other moms been there?
