Pulled a back muscle...advice?
I think I've seriously hurt my back. The top of my lower right side of my back is killing me and the pain radiates down. It's the worst when I'm getting up from sitting or out of bed. Can doctors do anything for it since I'm 25 weeks pregnant? And advice will help! Thanks in advance!
