glucose test??

I'm 13 weeks pregnant, the nurse practitioner gave me an order to do my glucose test? Has anyone ever had it done this early?

I had to do mines between 25-29 weeks. No offense are, but does your family have a history of diabetes or are you gaining weight quickly?

Yes i did that one early because im overweight and diabetes runs in the family so i asked to do it.

I had mine done at 11 weeks. If there's a history/family history of any type of diabetes (gestational, type 1, or type 2), your OB will usually order it early

My doctor had me do one at 14w because my dad had steroid induced diabetes. That one came back normal and I still had to do another around 28w (also normal)
