Losing weight while being 24 weeks
Ok so everybody heard the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning but I had a baby appointment last week that said I weigh 160 but this morning I weighed my self and it says I'm 156 should I be concerned? But I did have sneakers on and my phone in my pocket when they weighed me and I ate before the appointment
