picking out the god parents

so i think i made the right choice in picking out the 1st set of good parents (she been there for me the whole time even as my phone call nurse). now i was thinking about the other pair not only that but are there any papers the god parents have to sign at the time of birth? i only know them to do it when a child is Baptis
