I've been breastfeeding my baby girl for 5 months but now that I'm back in schoool I haven't been pumping as much as I should. Also, my first day back at the hospital and I didn't pump the whole day 12hrs. How do I prevent my milk from drying up? HELP!!!!

If you are going to go the entire 12 hour shift then your milk is going to dry up. I too work in the hospital. ER RN and I had to make the time to go pump. Warm your CSN and your buddy (the other RN in your area) that you have to pump at "blank time" and you will be calling them to help you. If you want to keep breast feeding then you are just going to have to walk away and make the time.

I work at a hospital too. I made sure to let my boss know that I'd be pumping during work. I believe they're required to give you time to do it. Talk with your supervisor. Your hospital may also have a room available specifically for pumping (at my hospital it's on the same floor as the NICU and they encourage staff to use it. They even provide hospital grade pumps (you just have to bring the parts to attach to the pump room which they gave me when I was discharged when I told them I worked at the hospital and would be pumping at work). Good luck, Momma. Don't be afraid to ask for some help. Those gorgeous, chubby cheeks you've given your daughter are totally worth it (and just adorable)!!
