Anyone out there pregnant and staying on the ketogenic eating style?

I was in a Keto diet when we first started ttc and has planned to stay on it during pregnancy until I read research papers about it. Basically the elevated ketones in your blood can lead to brain damage in a foetus. 
I canned the whole keto thing after reading that! Eeek!

I am to an extent.. I eat 80 grams of carbs a day from fruits and 1%milk. I never go hungry-- I eat till I'm full. My diet is usually around 2500 calories total a day primarily of protein, fruit and mucho veggies. If I get a craving for bread I eat it. If I get a craving for French fries I eat it. But bread and fries don't make up my daily diet. And I'm 11 weeks pregnant 😆
