Stuffy nose during pregnancy?

Does anyone else wake up in the middle of the night with a stuffy nose? I hear the nasal passages swell and also that allergies get worse during pregnancy, and I am definitely feeling it!

I also think it's affecting my sense of taste too. I keep craving salty stuff, which is very abnormal for me!

Thanks everyone. Makes me feel so much better to know I'm not alone, although I'm sorry we're all going through it! I've been putting Vicks VapoRub under my nose at night and sleeping with my head elevated on 2 pillows and that seems to help a little bit.
