pregnancy?" /> How do you even deal with them? They hurt so bad when going to the bathroom no matter what I do to ease any constipation I may have. Do yours bleed after a hard bm? What is normal? I don't even know how do deal right now. This is my 3rd pregnancy and first time having them.

Pure witch hazel on a cotton ball. Always works wonders for me. Ever since I used it they don't get that bad anymore and whenever it flares up witch hazel brings it right back down. It's an astringent.

If yours are external pick up an actual sitz bath. So much faster to use this then the bath. Also fiber pills or up your fiber in food and water
