contractions! help please
So I tried going back to sleep after waking up to some contractions but I couldn't. I'm feeling all of these in my lower back, and they're radiating into the front under my belly and I feel it in my inner/upper thigh too. I get nauseous right before one starts and after it ends I feel like I'm going to throw up. I can't walk very well while having one and it's hard to talk. It hasn't been an hour yet but I'm getting nervous because they're so close and I woke out of a sleep with them so I feel like I progressed in my sleep or something lol. FTM and I'm not sure what to do
