A white male posted this. Pisses me off so much. There's no problem here right? Women are being raped and abused every single fucking day. But that's not a problem, we should keep our mouths shut, right? Women are scared to walk alone at night. Not a problem right? Women are being told that we can't grow up to be the president. Who cares? Women are being threatened to have our reproductive human rights taken away. We definitely shouldn't stand up for that right? Women don't make as much as men on average. No big deal. Women are treated horribly when we take our sexual/physical abuser to court and are not always granted the justice we deserve or too scared to even speak up in the first place because many male police officers don't take it seriously. But we're just overreacting right? I have been there. I was physically and sexually abused by my own boyfriend, I almost died. A male lawyer in the court tried to blame ME. I make less money at my work compared to the male coworker who does less and not as hard of work as me. This is not okay. None of this is ok. And don't get me started on how places like Saudi Arabia women have very little rights and aren't even allowed to drive. We do have a lot of rights compared to places like that, yes! But we are literally afraid they will be taken away! Our own president has made sexist remarks and has been accused of sexual abuse by more than one woman! Is this the man who will keep us in a good place? Or who will ruin us? This is why we march! This is why we speak up. We will not sit down like polite scared little girls and let whatever the fuck happen to us. We will be heard. We will not let this country go back to how it was. We will stand up for women all over the world. And I hope the men who post shit like this get their karma.
