Do any of you girls eat only organic? How do you feel?

I've always believed that there is truth in eating organic but never had the money to eat that way. Do any of you girls eat organic only? How do you feel health wise?

Answer

I eat mostly organic (some all natural and otherwise with snacks though). I save by not eating out very much and the fact that I save because I have way fewer health problems - you are what you eat. If you can't afford to switch over completely, I suggest eating a lot of vegetables at every meal, cutting back all forms of sugar, and drinking as much water as you can possibly handle. That alone makes a huge difference.

Somewhat, my grandma buys all organic stuff, but chips and drink wise not really lol.
