eptopic pregnancy

I was a week late and took two pregnancy tests the other night and morning, both came back positive. But I've been having weird and awfully strong back pains and pains in my sides (one or the other at different times)

I've seen that this can be signs of an ectopic and I'm worried I should go to A&E as it isn't getting better, but I'd hate to make a fuss and have them tell me it's normal!?

Can someone please give me advice I have no one who can help
