Hi ladies, I am a beauty therapist and have a meeting with my boss coming up about if I would like to do anymore training or courses. I already do, gel nails (mani and pedi) tanning, waxing, massage and facials (including microdermabrasion). If anyone knows any other treatments that you think would help me advance in my career please let me know!

I think in general it would be good to be able to offer "natural" services. A facial with a natural mask and scrub, massages with aromatherapy. People are getting back to the roots of health and beauty, sometimes quite literally using roots, and it seems a good advantage to be able to appeal to people who want to go natural. 
On that route, the biggest thing I would think to be mindful of is researching whatever products you use. There is a lot of trickery in the language of the law that allows for chemical use in some part of the manufacturing process even though something is labeled natural. But on the reverse side not everything that is natural does what it is claimed to do, so be wary of old wives tales that have nothing to back them up.
