midwife?

So i have my first appointment with my midwife on the 3rd... but im confused...

In the UK you meet them during your 8th week... so why am i being seen at 7? Not complaining but im wondering why..

It's probably because your midwife isn't available in your 8th week. Sometimes they can't do the appointments right on time so they get it as close as possible. It's nothing to be concerned about
