Advice Appreciated

So I just found out I was pregnant on Thursday and according to my last period I am about 6 1/2 weeks.. today I've been having some strong cramping and a sharp pain really low on my right side that comes and goes. I don't have any bleeding, just the pain, but I'm not sure if I have to go to the hospital to get checked out or if I should just wait... anyone have any advice?
