Diarrhoea (Sorry tmi)

I'm on Rigevidon and today I've had diarrhoea roughly 5 hours after taking my pill. My pamphlet says any diarrhoea 3-4 hours after taking the pill can decrease the amount of hormones my body absorbs.

But I've also been told on another forum that any form of diarrhoea can make me unprotected, as she's looked up generic brands of my pill and 2 out of 4 of them say that any diarrhoea is counted as a missed pill. She also says most pamphlets are outdated so can be wrong. I also know that the general rule is 6 cups of diarrhoea and I'm pretty sure I've not had 6 cups!

Just worried cause I had sex yesterday without a condom so after being told I could be unprotected is scaring me. My pharmacist also gives the wrong information so I can't go and ring them to check.
