help! how to be a morning person?!
So I'm a college student and my routine consists of classes for over 8 hours a day, + studying + piano practice + vocal practice (I'm a music major) the earliest I go to bed is 12am and I can never seem to get myself up early.
I drink tea at night, use essential oils, take melatonin if I need it, and set my alarm plenty early.
Any tips would be great on how to make waking up a bit easier. :)
