EPO coming out?

Does anyone have any secrets to getting their EPO to stay in?? I swear it's not doing anything because I either pee it out (since I go every 15 minutes) or the chunks from the actual pill come out which is quite disgusting. I'm 39 weeks on Wednesday and SO ready to go into labor. Nothing is helping 😭

After you put it in, try elevating your hips so it can flow backwards. I did this with my first pregnancy. A little oil will come out while sleeping but not a lot :)

My midwife recommended having my man empty the capsule and put it on him before sex.

Is vaginal insertion better than taking orally? I've just been swallowing them!

Ask SO to put it in so he can get it further up or take a tampon applicator remove the tampon and put the pill in the tip and use that to insert it in far enough
